Cannot Access Itunes Store

I have a Lenovo G570 laptop, running Windows 10 home upgrade from Windows 7

Intel i5 proccessor, 8gb ram, Intel GPU

Itunes 12.4.3

Basically what happens is that when I attempt to connect to the Itunes store, Itunes stops working I receive a Windows message stating the program has stopped working and the program closes.

Itunes worked fine in Windows 7, all problems have occurred since upgrading to Windows 10.

Now after removing and installing Itunes 5 times, I am now unable to sign into my account and now experiencing authorization issues when i sync my Ipod 160gb.

My library is intact and I can import a cd into my library but I cannot sync with my ipod to get the music on. Album artwork does not work either.

iPod classic, Windows 10, Itunes 12.4.3

Many users have reported similar issues when upgrading to Windows 10. (The upgrade process may not necessarily upgrade all the drivers properly.) One suggestion is to remove not only iTunes but ALL related components, reboot, remove the target installation folders and reinstall. See turingtest2's excellent ITunes for Windows Troubleshooting Guide at:

especially the section "Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components".
